60ml Rutland Square Gin
15ml Fresh Lemon Juice
150ml Sepoy's Original Ginger Ale
Garnish: cucumber slice, mint sprig, strawberry, orange wheel
How to prepare this
Add Rutland Square Gin and lemon juice into a highball glass over ice. Top up with Sepoy's Ginger Ale and stir it briefly to combine. Garnish with a cucumber slice, mint sprig, strawberry, and option lemon and orange wheels

- Use Rutland Square Gin if you are looking to add some more flavours to your cocktail
 - Muddle the fruits gently, to release flavours and not to crush the fruit into a pulp. Use a sturdy glass for precision.
 - You might already know this one. Don't use warm soda water!
 - Pour the soda water last, very gently, as it will help maintain the fizz.
