            Ingredients
50ml Rutland Square Gin
10ml Pink Lady Apple Schnapps
10ml Fresh Lime Juice
1 muddled finger lime
100ml Sepoy's Hibiscus Tonic Water & Wattle as Garnish
How to prepare this
Chill a martini glass with ice. Now in a mixing glass, muddle finger lime. Fill with ice then add all ingredients and stir until chilled. Discard ice from the martini glass. Fine strain the mixture into a martini glass and top it up with Hibiscus Tonic Water.

- Use Rutland Square Gin if you are looking to add some more flavours to your cocktail
 - Muddle the fruits gently, to release flavours and not to crush the fruit into a pulp. Use a sturdy glass for precision.
 - You might already know this one. Don't use warm soda water!
 - Pour the soda water last, very gently, as it will help maintain the fizz.
