50ml Rutland Square Chai-Spiced Gin
10ml fresh lime juice
10ml simple syrup
1/8 tsp ground cumin
1/8 tsp. salt & Lemon slice for garnish
How to prepare this Spicy Cocktail
Cumin and salt add pungent flavour to this twist on a gin gimlet.
Combine Chai Spiced Gin, lime juice, simple syrup, cumin, and salt in an ice-filled shaker. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled martini glass; garnish and lemon slice.

- Muddle the fruits gently, to release flavours and not to crush the fruit into a pulp. Use a sturdy glass for precision.

- Pour the soda water last, very gently, as it will help maintain the fizz.
