Rose Rum Spritz

Ingredients

50 ml Rutland Square Rum
100 ml Sepoy Pink Rose Lemonade
10 ml fresh lime juice
5–10 ml simple syrup or honey (optional, to taste)
Ice cubes
Garnish: Rose petal(s) + thin lime wheel or twist

Method

Fill a chilled wine glass or copa glass with ice.
Add Rutland Square Rum and fresh lime juice.
Stir briefly to chill, then top with Sepoy Pink Rose Lemonade.
Taste and, if you’d like it sweeter, add a little simple syrup or honey and stir gently.
Garnish with a rose petal and a lime wheel/twist.

Serving Notes
