Summer Berry Highball Recipe: Easy & Refreshing Gin Cocktail!

Ingredients 

1 Strawberry
3 Raspberries
50ml Rutland Square Gin
15ml Elderflower Syrup
15ml Lemon Juice
45ml Apple Juice
50ml Soda Water
Mint & Raspberries, to Garnish

How to prepare this delicious Berry Gin Cocktail

Add the raspberries and strawberry to a shaker and gently muddle them. Add Rutland square Gin, elderflower syrup, lime juice, apple juice and shake well. Strain into a Highball glass over ice and top with soda. Garnish with raspberries and mint.

  • Use Rutland Square Gin if you are looking to add some more flavours to your cocktail
  • Muddle the fruits gently, to release flavours and not to crush the fruit into a pulp. Use a sturdy glass for precision. 
  • You might already know this one. Don't use warm soda water!
  • Pour the soda water last, very gently, as it will help maintain the fizz.
