Spiced Gin brings together flavour and travel.
The key botanical, Oolong white tea from Assam,
India, is harvested at first flush to bring a zesty
aromatic flavour, that mixes delicately with
sweet juniper berries to create a perfect contrast
between subtle and rich earthy notes before
introducing; exotic cubeb pepper, caraway seeds,
angelica root, cardamom, liquorice, star-anise,
ginger, vetiver and orange peel.
