Rutland Square Gin & Rum are distilled at Summerhall Distillery, Edinburgh.
They are distilled using the London Dry Method, a traditional gin-making technique. The distillation process is carried out in small-batches by expert scottish distillers to craft something truly unique, representing experience, travel and purpose.
