- 60ml Rum
- 10ml Simple syrup
- Small tablespoon of Demerara sugar
- Angostura Bitters 3 dashes
- Ice cubes
- Garnish with fresh orange peel

Method:
Fill the glass up with ice. Add our rum and ginger beer afterwards – pouring the ginger beer into our rum will naturally mix them. Add the lime juice, slowly mix. Garnish with a lime wedge.
Add the simple syrup, tablespoon of demerara sugar, 3 dashes of angostura bitters to the glass. Pour our rum over the combined ingredients inside the glass. Add large ice cubes, we love the custom square or globe ones – and stir together to chill the drink.
Lastly, garnish with a large orange peel
