Ingredients:

  • 50ml Rutland Square Chai-Spiced Rum 
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • Small handful mint leaves
  • Ice
  • 50ml of soda water
  • 50ml Tropical Lemonade

Method:

Combine and muddle the lime juice, sugar and mint leaves, crushing the mint slowly then pour into a highball glass and add ice.

Pour our rum over, stirring with a long spoon or equivalent. Top up with soda water, ginger ale.
