1. The Velvet Spiced Rose
The "Velvet Spiced Rose" is the UK's most searched cocktail term in Spring, and this recipe is divine. While other pink spritzes are cloyingly sweet, this version uses the complex caraway, orange, and white Oolong tea notes of Rutland Square Gin, which are beautifully elevated by the subtle rose and botanical sweetness of Sepoy.
Ingredients:
50ml Rutland Square Chai Spiced Gin
150ml Pink Rose Lemonade
25ml Prosecco or English Sparkling Wine
Fresh raspberries and a slice of pink grapefruit.

Method:
-
In a large wine or copa glass, add your measure of Rutland Square Gin.
-
Fill the glass to the brim with large, ice cubes.
-
Pour over the Sepoy & Co. Pink Rose Lemonade, allowing the pink blush to swirl.
-
Garnish with the grapefruit slice (essential for balancing the sweetness) and a few fresh raspberries.
-
Gently top with the sparkling wine just before serving for a vibrant effervescence.
