How to Create
The Perfect Sip

Fill a highball glass completely with ice — large cubes recommended.

Pour 50ml Chai Spiced Gin + 25ml Peach Schnapps over ice.

Add 15ml bitter liqueur, 15ml fresh lemon juice, and 1 Tbsp honey raspberry syrup.

Top with 25ml Prosecco and 50ml peach lemonade (pour slowly to retain fizz).

Stir gently with a bar spoon — combine layers while preserving carbonation.
